How can I work from home? Please give me answers!?
I work 40 hrs a week, work very hard and like my job, I am married and want to plan to have a baby. I sincerely want to be a stay at home mom but we wouldn’t be able to pay all of our bills if I didn’t work too. My husband doesn’t want to have a baby unless I can stay at home with her or him. What can we do so we can live happily ever after?

admin answers:
There are no easy trade offs. Trust me…. I know. If your interested on doing something on the net…….Before you fork over your credit card goggle there site and read the scams. I broke my ankle I was looking for a job, you know…. Anything….like stuffing envelopes anything. Everything I found on the internet was a freud and a waste of money. Good Luck

What are some GOOD work from home opportunities?
And how do you go about getting involved? I ask b/c I’ll want to stay home with my child as long as possible after the baby‘s born – but I still need a reliable income.

admin answers:
The best opportunities out there are home based business’s.
There are so many home based business opportunities out there. You’ll have to check around and find the one that is right for you.
My husband and I started our home based business over 6 years ago. The income opportunity is incredible. It well supports our family. We have four children ages 10, 6, 3 and 1. We went this route for probably the same reason why your looking into working out of your home. A child’s first 5 years is the most impressionable. Being able to dedicate most of your time in raising and nurturing is important. Do you know what your having?
We got involved in the telecommunications industry. We get paid a percentage of everyone’s telecommunications bills. Every time someone pays one of the cellular phone bills (from all the major cellular phone carriers), or their land lines, Internet, Satellite T.V., digital, video and VOIP bills, we get a percentage month after month, year after year. How many people do you know or know of that uses any of these services around the world? How would you like to be able to save people money on services that they are already using and every month they pay their bills, you make a percentage off their payment? There’s a lot of money in this industry.
If you’d like more information in this industry, feel free to email me.
I created a blog on my 360 page on home based business’s. There are over half a dozen different ones on there. Your more then welcome to take a look at it. I hope this helps you with a few ideas.

Hi, I am a stay at home mom looking for opportunites to work from home and not having to pay money to get scam
Hi, I am a 25 year old stay at mom of 3. WE ARE LIVING ON A VERY TIGHT INCOME. My husband is the only one working. I am looking to work from home and I have had no success in finding legitimate work that doesn’t require putting tons of money into and that isn’t a scam. Any helpful advice on working from home that requires no money for me to pay and that is totally legit? WE are broker than broke and I need to find something. My 3 month old was born with some heart problems which put our family in the position of me not being able to return to work due to her not being able to attend daycare. Which as any mother could relate, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my baby with heart problems in a daycare to begin with. I have worked at Bank of America as a teller for two years and I worked as a hazard insurance processor for a little over a year. This is some of the experience I have had in the working field. I do know how to type, customer service, hard worker, willing to learn. Please help

admin answers:
Just be careful of all the scams out there. I have been getting a lot of spam email lately from people from other countries wanting me to cash their checks. Avoid those at all costs, because there is no guarantee that the checks are legit and if they do indeed bounce, they go after the casher and not the person that wrote it.
Anyway, the best approach is to use your skills in a way that you would in any other job, except you are in essence self-employed. If you are a somewhat fast typist, you could probably place an ad at the local college or in the paper or on a site like CraigsList offering to type (not write!!) term papers and resumes and such for students. Another option is tutoring if you have any background in doing that.
If you like dogs/cats, even birds and other pets and are not allergic, pet sitting/walking seems to be a rapidly growing business. I know a lady that does that for extra income.
Good luck.

how can i work from home?
wanting to work from home so i can stay with my baby, i dont want to make tons, just a couple hundred a month, dont want to pay anything up front and want something legit, im in the east texas area if that helps

admin answers:
Well if you don’t want to pay anything up front you can go for one of those “get rich scams” that are all over the net. The best way to work from home is to take medical transcirpition training where you can earn either a degree or a certificate. Howver it costs money for the training as they are acutal classes you take online from home. (vocational training courses) After you have passed the course you can contact the doctor and dental offices in your area and find out which one’s “outsource” their billing and their record updating and offer your services. But you can’t get the training without spending money.

Moms who went back to work after having a baby…I would like your input?
Dear Moms,
I am 6 months pregnant and financially will need to work after I have the baby. I will only be able to take 6 weeks off. I’m going to try to take 3 months off…but we will see. I am in private practice, so if I don’t work, I don’t get paid…no vacation time for me
I haven’t found a way to work from home, so my work will have to take place out of the home. How many moms went back to work after only 6 to 12 weeks and how did it go? Was it full time? Did you get a nanny or drop your baby at a daycare? I am a little sad when I see moms with their babies because I want to be home with my baby, but need the $$$. Suggestions from the moms who made it work and still had plenty of time for the baby? What were your hours? Long hours?

admin answers:
Hi!
I spent 3 months at home with my first daughter and 10 months at home with my second before they each went to a daycare center. My stepson had gone to the same daycare, as well as the kids’ cousins so we knew what they were about. I am going to be very honest with you-everyone will tell you that it’s harder on you than it is on them and that’s true x 100. They’ll cry at first, and god knows you will too.
But here I am, with a 16 month old and a four year old, daycare kids through and through.
But daycare won’t raise your kids, you will.
My older daughter is an angel. Daycare didn’t teach her to be good, but her goodness translates there. She has BUDDIES> Like, girls she is tight with from babyhood. Two were just over here Sunday. And she is learning so much-she would be ready for Kindergarten now, no kidding. They teach letters, phonics, all the basics.
It’s fun for them. And when I see them every evening (I work the typical 9-5) the time we spend is just awesome. Weekends are great too-I don’t feel pressure to “make up” for time lost during the week-we hav just settled into a life where this is just normal for them and my husband and I and it’s just all good, so far.
I don’t know, I hope one person’s success story helped you feel better. Some days it’s still hard, but overall,w e are doing what i sright for our family.

Work at home mom’s, what do you do ?
I am a 34 Y.O nurse and mom of 2. I have worked from home, through my husbands buss. for 6 years, his buss. is downsizing and he needs some income from m e to help out. I make great money as a nurse and have been one for 13 years, but lost the desire. I so love being home with the kids. I signed up for meetmark.com, which sounds like it is going to put me in the red , we have to buy samples??!!! If I could buy 100,000 magalogs , I’d hit every house in the city. I live in a young ,fast growing area, where the median age is 31. BUT I CANNOT BUY 100,000 magalogs !!! Any work at Home moms have any other ideas? or, if u are a Meetmark rep,,how is it/ I’m not impressed so far. I love all things fashion and enrolled in fashion design/textile /merch now. This is a pipe dream, but I LOVE to b creative and sew. I also would love to design jewelry and work with a cosmetics company……..but.. I’m not picky at this point, just want to make at least 1000/month , any hope?

admin answers:
I know alot of SAHM ( stay at home mom’s ) and given that you have a more flexible schedule ( in comparison to someone who works 9–5 ) this home based selling is a great idea. ( also making your own jewelry too.. You should really look into it ) BUT I am not a big fan of avon or mark.. If you are considering selling makeup I would like into selling MARY KAY. You have the perfect market !! Not just to sell makeup but SKIN CARE.. We are at the age where anti-aging is a BIG DEAL ( I am 32 ) and the Mary Kay skin care products are amazing.. Their makeup is also good .. I won’t go as far as to compare them to other products because they market certain people ( moms, professionals, etc.) but I can tell you that they have good products that are easy to use.
The initial investment is not very much ( 100 + shipping and tax ) you get all the tools to get started.
You will get as much out of it as you put in so you got nothing to lose.. Everything to gain
I wish you lots of luck in whatever you do
Hope this helps !

Need general information from officers in the navy nurse corps?
I have a BSN degree and have been working as an ICU nurse for 6 months. I also have a BS in Biology.
My wife and I have been married for a year and a half and will be having our first child in July. I have insane amounts of school loans and am interested in continuing on to CRNA school. My wife would love to be able to be a stay at home mom. I need information about life as an officer in the navy nurse corps, what housing is like, how it affects married families and raising children, what the deployments may entail, and most of all if you are happy with the decision you have made to join the navy nurse corps?? Thanks for the responses.

admin answers:
As a Navy nurse, most jobs are at Naval Hospitals and Branch medical clinics. There are also sea-duty jobs, and Individual Augmentations (IA) to supplement deployed units. When deployed, one can expect about 14 hour days. When on sea-duty, a 3-year sea-duty tour usually consists of about one 6-7 month cruise plus work-ups (about 3.5 months before cruise you will be out to sea about half of that time). There may be a weeks of exercises between deployment cycles.
Sea-shore rotations vary by specialties, but my best guess is that average for Nurse Corps is better than 5 years shore duty to every 2 years of shore duty. While on sea duty, you will not be home much. While on shore duty, it is a lot like a regular job.
Housing depends on your rank and number of dependents. There is a Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) which provides a good chunk of money if you decide not to live in base housing. BAH rates can be found online, and are based on rank and location.
Overall, I was happy with the Navy, as were the Nurse Corps Officers that I know.
Good luck!!

I just started a job as a CNA at a nursing home. I suck at my job, and get nightmares from it.?
I have 15 residents to care for. I get 2 work @ 6am, and have til 7:45 to get everyone up, thats about 7 min per person to get them out of bed ( difficult to do when every one is both verry physicaly and mental gone), dressed, toileted, etc. It took me 105 min. to get 4 people done. I got called in the admin. offic and got asked why I suck so bad, and this isnt the right job for me. I think their going to fire me, but I seriously work my ass off, take no breaks to get my job done, and I still cant handle all my residents. I mean, it takes 20 min to clean up huge BM accidents, how can anyone do this job right. I really want to quit….. BUT, this company is paying for my certification ( I dont take the test for another month) how can I hang in there long enough to get my free certification if I almost got fired my first day? Also, quiting will look terrible on my resume and deffinently not help me get into nursing school. How can I cope with my job, and the mental/body stress?

You cannot…turn them into the state and get your certificate from a community college. These people are promoting patient abuse.

Question about work reference?
Hi, I am trying to get registered as a nurse overseas. The nurses board needs all different kinds of documents, especially work references from my past employers. I know I have 3 good work references but I am not so sure about the 4th one. I worked in a retirement home for about 6 months( 2yrs ago) on a casual basis. In the end I quit because they had serious issues there including a few incidents were patients got hurt due to the incompetence of some of nurses. After I quit I loged a complaint about the facility. I knew I wouldnt get a reference from them due to what had happened. But the nursing board insisted that they need a work reference from them as well and they knew about the problems. I tried to call the facility and went by there almost every day within the past month but I couldnt get past the receptionist and she always gave me the same excuse “sorry the manager is in a meeting, she will call you back”. Two of my old co- workers were willing to give me a reference but I received an email from the nurses board on friday stating they got hold of the facility and got a verbal reference that meets the requirements for my application. I knew they wanted a reference stating when I worked there, my duties and how I worked as a nurse. So I am wondering what the nurses board meant with “that meets the requirements for your application”. Do they mean the requirements are satisfied because the manager gave a statement (good or bad) about the date, duties and job performance or do they mean it was a reference adequate enough to help with getting me registered? I am kinda worried that I got a bad reference from them and that this will cost me my registration, even so I had 3 good references out of 4? Its bugging me pretty bad. Can anyone help?

admin answers:
Don’t worry. Yes do not worry. What this means is that you have got a good reference.
Also note if they have given you a bad reference see a lawyer. Typically bad reference would be given if you were really bad and there was written action against you.

tourist visa to woking visa?
Hello, I am a nurse from the Phils and I am planning to leave in April to US with a tourist visa. Is it easy for a tourist like me to get a working visa? I want to work in a nursing home as a caregiver because I don’t have NCLEX. Isn’t it hard to get an employer who can sponsor you for a working permit. How long will it take to get a working visa and for how much? HELP ME PLEASE! ! Thanks

admin answers:
That would be hard. Applications for work visas start in april… And they run out of it in less than a week. You then need to wait for the following year to apply again.
You might be able to get an employer during your stay here… But you need to go back to the philippines before your visa expires (depends on what the border official at the airport would stamp in your passport). You then have to wait for your work visa to be properly processed back home.
I have two friends (filipina RNs) who are tourists here and are waiting to have their work visa processed. Both of them have NCLEX already. They need to go back home next month and their work visa hasn’t even been started on yet.

getting a nursing home job in australia?
i’m 27 years old and come from south korea by working holiday visa.
i’m getting my 2nd working visa mid june this year, so i can stay until june next year legally.
but i want to live in australia permanently. so i’m looking for a nursing home job for that.
i have no idea how i can apply for that at the moment.
i finished only 1 year in university – my major was english – in korea and have no degree or certificate of nursing.
but i heard if i work at nursing home for 2 or 3 years as a sponsor visa or apprenticeship, i can get a permanent visa. is that true?
i also heard australia government needs more nurse in oz.
please tell me how to contact nursing homes. thanks!

admin answers:
The type of nursing homes jobs are not actually nursing but a “Carer” position. They are not in anyway a nursing job 0-you can only work nursing homes, not hospitals. You are not called a nurse. Nurses require a 4 year Bachelor of Nursing degree plus 2 years experience in their country to come over on a skilled visa. These are the nurses required by Australia.
The pay is much lower and you get no credit if you wish to move to a Bachelor of Nursing. You will need “formal” qualifications in Aged Care, Disability Care etc from TAFE (Certificate III or IV) before you can get a sponsorship (that is required by the government to prove that you are “qualified” regardless how many years you have been working in the area). You will also need 2 years experience working in that area.
If you are not working in that area now, and have no experience in korea you will not have the experience required to be sponsored regardless if you find a job that is prepared to sponsor you – your application will be rejected.

Helena asks…
She torments us and caused my infection to grow worse. How do I ignore her?
I work as a nurse aide at a nursing home.I work the night shift.
One of the nurses became the night supervisor and she can be really mean. She gets away with a lot because her twin is a staffing coordinator and the person in charge of it all is close to her.So she gets away with a lot.
She sometimes torments my coworkers for no reason at all.She just finds things to nitpick and nag about.
Last week I was doing my work as usual and she comes storming in my patients’ room just nitpicking me.She complained that I spend too much time in room 101. All the nurse aides on all the shift spend at least 30 minutes in room 101 because there are 4 residents in that room.
Whenever there is a room with 4 residents in it, the nurse aides end up spending 30 to 40 minutes in that room.Think about it. Each patient gets 10 minutes. If there are 4 residents in a room, think 10 minutes times 4 residents=40 mins. total.
There are 4 residents in 101 so yes I end up in there for 30 mins. She just nitpicked me and nitpicked me.
Then I was changing Jehosephat(changed his name.this isn’t his name). Jehosephat throws himself out the bed if the bed gets wet and I always quickly change him to keep him from throwing himself out the bed.I was changing Jehosephat and this mean night supervisor comes storming in the room saying Adline(changed her name) said she needs a diaper.SHe was trying to get me to abandon Jehosephat to go do Adline. This counts as neglect.I refuse to neglect a resident. Its against the law and that puts my license on the line.
I got firm with her
“I am changing Jehosephat and Gene is next.Adline can wait.”
She backed off and went to go change Adline herself.
SHe really hurt my feelings.I then broke down and cried while changing Jehosephat.I cried for 4 solid hours while caring for my residents and during my long break.I just cried for 4 hours. All my patients tried to calm me down but I just cried and cried. She really hurt me.She just picked on me and picked on me.
Then I started bleeding vaginally.I bled for 4 days.I did go to the doctor and I have to take antibiotics.I was told to try to ignore this mean supervisor. She bothered me so much that my infection grew worse and I am bleeding. The antibiotics will cease it.
How do I ignore her?
One of my coworkers said she was getting picked on by her and she just simply turned to her and said “Enough is enough.I feel that you are personally attacking me.I always do my work and no one has ever had a complaint and you are just picking with me.I need you to back off.:” SHe says that the supervisor hasn’t picked on her since.
Should I do like she did? Should I just ignore her?
She has really caused me problems with her nitpicking last week.I am even having trouble sleeping.
What should I do?
I’m trying not to lose my religion.I’m trying to stay Christian.
She has me really on the edge.
I also feel that if she messes with me again that I am going to go into one of the patient’s bathrooms and start cutting myself on my arm to release the anger and sadness she causes. She has me feeling just that bad.

admin answers:
I’m sorry that you’re having such a rough time, but since you said that you’re a christian, you have something that none of those other workers have! You need to get alone with God and to stay in His presence. While you’re responding in the flesh to this harassment, you will be subject to the attacks of the devil. When we get in the flesh,we get on the devil’s turf. You need to walk in the Spirit and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. This includes every attack from your supervisor.Fill yourself with the Word of God and look for the promises that pertain to you.One of them is Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgement you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,says the Lord. What are you doing getting upset when the God of the whole universe is on your side?Allow the peace of God that surpasses all understanding to surround your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.Get to the point(and you can)where anything said or yelled at you will slide off of you like water off of a ducks back!Don’t retaliate in kind, but respond in love, knowing that your boss in heaven is watching.Forgive your supervisor and pray for her;in this way you’ll develop the Christlike way of living your life.

admin answers:
I found a few different ways to make money at home from the Internet. I didn’t spend a cent to start or join (1) I have a website that makes me money (2) I also sell stuff on the Internet, basically I sold extra items that I had at home or I go to yard sales, discount bins at my local stores and resell them on the net (3) I also make a little extra money by reading emails, I spend about 1/2 to an hour a night doing this, I got lucky a few weeks ago and came across a website that had all the info that I needed about reading emails. I will post the link that I used below. If you need more info, feel free to email me through Yahoo Answers

Steve asks…
r those “work from your home and earn $$$$” real jobs?

admin answers:
The ones that aren’t scams actually require work on your part – and if you’re in need of money soon then you’re likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build – so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn’t true ( and those that are true sure didn’t make that kind of money when they first began ).
Time & effort required – but do your own research on what is best for you, don’t take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of public forum.
I have other ideas that may help – one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself – try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don’t have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc – they need their “in-house” folks doing other things rather than busy work.

Hope it helps!

Did any vocational professionals help you obtain a work-from-home job, due to your disability?
I have a severe disability, & almost every work-at-home job is a scam. But I hear how people with disabilities work from home through legitimate companies.

admin answers:
I went thru Voc Rehab twice and also phoned them twice at different times, and each time they said to me that they do “not” have any jobs wherein you can work from home or from the net.
Not all work-at-home jobs are a scam. If they were all a scam then people wouldn’t be making money doing them.
Sure there are some that are scams (and that makes it look bad for the rest of the employers out there). I have on a few different dates on the blogs on my 360 page a list of places you can check out if you like. I haven’t gone thru them so I don’t know which are scams so venture at your own choice. If you find some that shouldn’t be in the list let me know.

I read tons views on home based business, and I’d have to disagree on a few things. I know quite a few home based business’s that are extremely good to get involved in. Products, reps and everything else. I know lot’s of different people that make an incredible amount of money (I’ve seen their paychecks, their efforts and some I’ve gotten involved in too, and now my husband and I are both stay at home parents because we took a chance at a home based business. Boy am I glad we did. You do have to be careful of scams out their however. But I have a few that I suggest you take a look at.

where can you find good work from home jobs?
Not the ones that ask you to buy a bunch of there crap and send it out to people asking them to send money for something. Real jobs that can be done from your own home. please only answer if it is a legit company.

It would really be good if you are into services. I for one work from cause I’m fed up kissing my boss’ hiny. I was a creative director for an agency in the Philippines so I work from as a consultant and a graphic artist. Find something that really interest you and not because everybody is doing it. Some tips: 1)business cards, leaflets, flyers anything that would say “Hey i’m actually doing business!”,2)Go out. Just because you work from does not mean you get cooped inside. Besides, it will be additional contacts for prospective clients.
